Are you starting to find that there are more and more things on your list "to do" at the moment, as we start to see the close of November coming and December approaching fast.

In reading the book by Lisa Grace Byrne called Replenish, I am reminded to look at my own core needs of refilling the tank at this time. My own 'inner fuel tank' has been running very low over the past four months of moving, getting things in place and finding our way around in the new part of the world that we live in, Mandurah WA.

Can you take the time to do one slow deep breath, and really engage with that feeling? Do you focus on the in part of the breath, the hold or the breathing out, feeling the tension release.

Take time in your daily moments to find one moment of inner calm throughout the day. Enjoy your fortnight ahead. Dianne
