How well do you know your Pelvic Floor?

Having been at a 1 day workshop on Friday for Midwives in Perth, presented by 2 PhD physiotherapy colleagues, who have years of experience and research under their belt, it was enlightening to hear of the depth of research that now exists to show the importance of correct pelvic floor muscle training during and after pregnancy. Correct technique is one important aspect of doing your pelvic floor muscle exercises as well has having insight on the level of your own pelvic floor muscle fitness.
