Happy Easter, and we hope that it's a lovely weekend wherever you are.

We've included a little bit of "it's nice to be asked" this newsletter, with some links to contributions Dianne has made to a new pregnancy website, an article by Fitness Australia and a mention by Engaging Wellness from Mandurah WA.

It makes the long journey worthwhile to look and take stock of the travels on the road it's taken to get here. Anyone working in health and fitness knows that it's hard sometimes to keep on going, but time and time again, motivation comes from helping and hearing stories of women who haven't had the smooth journey they wanted or expected, on the pathway to motherhood.

So we'll put our shoes on and also put our feet up, hopefully timing things right working the balance that's needed to include both exercise and rest. Enjoy your weekend and the coming month of April, and also don't forget to visit Anzac Ted if you missed that last month.
