Hello,
こんにちは Kon'nichiwa

I started to read and enjoy the recently published book Reach Your Goals Without Stressing Out, from Exisle Publishing. Then I decided that I had to back track and get the first book Mindfulness on the Run, from author Chantal Hofstee. Learning about the green brain and how to mindfully work towards goals with focus and some other ingredients, is a definite highlight of reading her books. Find out more in our newest blog post.

We are pleased to have been given one of FitRight's blog articles on Modifying Exercise During Pregnancy - The How and the Why, written by Taryn Watson, who is a Women's Health and Continence Physiotherapist and the Founder of FitRight.

This newsletter we have a great bike article for those wanting to get into cycling events in their postnatal recovery journey.

For Fitness Professionals who enjoy learning more about the pregnancy and postnatal core, there is a link to our courses available at Australian Fitness Network.

Enjoy and have a great fortnight.
