The Pregnancy Centre has just released its Level 3 post natal exercises with our new mascot, Purposeful Penguin! Before you begin with these exercises, please make sure you or your clients are comfortable with all the exercises set out in our Level 2 exercise program.

These exercises are designed for doing after the six week postnatal check. If you or your clients find any of these exercises difficult, the key is to relax for a little while and then try again remembering to aim for quality with every attempt - our Purposeful Penguin will make sure you do!  With thanks to Simone Kay from Fitness, Form and Function for working with us to bring these exercise levels to you.
