I've been silent for some time now, at times, not really knowing what to say.
So I will keep it really simple.

I wanted to say and do something to help our pregnant and postnatal mums during this time of us all being affected by the Covid 19 pandemic.

So I reached out to Angelina Lee, Physiotherapist from PhysioForward in Tasmania and Darwin.
Together we created 2 podcasts, one for pregnant mums and one for postnatal mums, with what we pulled together as out "Top 9 tips".

At the time, restrictions were starting to be lifted across Australia, however we know things are currently changing.

This past week though, in both classes and seeing clients a number of things that Angelina and I discussed have come up as client concerns, so we hope that you can share or listen to the podcasts to help a little along the way, of this journey we have.

All the best
