Welcome
to The Pregnancy Centre newsletter. With school holidays on us, we are looking forward to a break this time of the year from the school routine, something we all build up to as our babies grow up. Looking back it was at times hard to entertain and keep happy younger children, and I could relate to a lot to our new article, written about travelling with children by former social worker turned stay at home dad Sean Morris. Knowing that sleep and rest are important for both parents and children, it's noteworthy that Sean also points to a study which reveals the links phone habits and poor sleep. The graphs in this are interesting whether you are at home or travelling and have a mobile phone. Enjoy.
