How confident are you in your pelvic floor technique, as you lift, hold and relax your pelvic floor? Do you feel each component well and confidently? If so, that's great. Continue, and check with your physio as your pregnancy progresses. If you are unsure, then it is definitely time to see a physio, but if you can't make that appointment soon, this short pelvic floor e course will help you to build your awareness before you get there.
