Our new Post Natal Core and Ball Level 1 - 3 exercises are designed to add choices for those with a ball, to the Levels 1 - 3 Post Natal Exercise Programs. Again we thank Simone Kay from Fitness, Form and Function for her talents and core control in demonstrating these exercises and look forward to bringing you some more ball progressions soon.
