New Core Ball Exercises Level 4

Some of these exercises are quite challenging so don’t be put off – it’s great to set yourself a goal, even if it takes a while. Take your time with our Level 1-3 exercises and once these can be completed with perfect technique, you will feel confident about moving on to Level 4. If you would prefer not to use a ball, remember we have some other great exercise routines in our Post Natal Exercise section, Levels 1-5.
