This week marks the launch of The Continence Foundation of Australia's Pregnancy and Pelvic Floor Health - Managing the Motherload Campaign. Visit their website if you haven't yet seen the new Pregnancy Guide.
In order to manage our own Motherload at this end, we have had to slow down a bit at The Pregnancy Centre and have had a bigger space between newsletters. In the meantime we've just finished writing a course for fitness professionals to be launched later this year, and have assisted the CFA with The Pregnancy Guide and the new Pregnancy app. We are glad to have contributed to such amazing tools developed by the CFA to help women manage their pelvic floors and the load of motherhood over the coming years.
