Pregnancy priorities change through the trimesters of pregnancy, and recently I spoke to Jane Waller, Director of Fitpro in the UK, who are friends of Australian Fitness Network, on pregnancy priorities.
Postnatal recovery is a special interest of mine, and this week in Networks mag is an article on Postnatal recovery.
These where both highlights for us, so hope you enjoy especially if you are working in health and fitness, as while both of these are geared more towards fitness professionals, if you are pregnant or postnatal you can also pick up a few tips from these.
Have a great fortnight.

Is Postnatal Recovery Like Recovering from a Sporting Injury?
Working with a team of midwives and GP's is ideal and there are others who can assist with postnatal recovery. In this article Dianne talks about the stages of postnatal recovery and some considerations around returning to exercise as safely as possible to minimise the risk of injury or problems following pregnancy and birth.
You will need to turn to page 38 for the article.
