As I write this intro I am getting a moment to listen to a snippet of Happy Parenting - Raising Girls Telesummit. The introduction of Nutritionist Cyndi O'Meara from Changing Habits, sums up a key important point we believe in and are inspired by, and one I endeavour to step up to more:
"We as parents are role models for our kids. Our own health is just as important as theirs." It is easy to let this slip, with the demands and challenges of life, but taking time for you is something to get into the habit of doing daily.
With a wealth of knowledge out there, we thank you for your continued support as The Pregnancy Centre grows and develops, as we also learn from the experts in the world of health, fitness and nutrition for mums.
