This week at The Pregnancy Centre, Dianne has been busy putting together some wonderful advice and suggestions to help mum feel her best after the birth of her baby or babies. On our website you will find three new handouts – two with very good Post Natal pelvic floor fitness tips, and one with a nice compilation of back stretches which we highly recommend.

Three NEW Postnatal handouts
It is quite common after just having a baby, that women truly feel that they no longer have a pelvic floor! Be rest assured, you do. It may be that your pelvic floor muscles have weakened significantly during your pregnancy and then after giving birth. General back ache is also common and in our new handout there are some gentle stretches that may help to ease back pain and improve flexibility. Just knowing where to start sometimes is nice and we are sure that the suggestions in our post natal exercises will give you confidence to begin your fitness routine with your new baby. We hope you enjoy our NEW information sheets.
