We have been working hard to produce our Level 4 and 5 postnatal exercises, which are now on our website. These will give you ideas to progress through, for any stage postnatally, the key being to start at the beginning and move up to the next level to progress.
We’ve also created a new Pregnancy Pelvic Floor exercise page, again thanks to Simone Kay from Fitness, Form and Function in Cairns and one of her pregnant clients.

What are your postnatal exercise plans?
Lately there have been a number of articles on postnatal exercise, and getting back into shape after pregnancy, but many still ignore the pelvic floor! During pregnancy is the best time to consider postnatal exercise choices and we have a new blog post with some points to consider in this area.

Post Natal Exercise Levels
Our Level 1 through 5 exercises build core control, all without using any sit ups, curl ups, hovers or planks, which are not considered to be suitable postnatal exercises in these levels. With more to come, we hope that you enjoy the exercise progressions we have done so far.
