Internal Muscle Health

I think I started seeing the physio fairly early in my pregnancy as she was encouraging me of the importance of focussing on my internal muscles such as my pelvic floor and lower stomach bracing muscles, we also discussed posture and lifting things during pregnancy. I saw her maybe once every couple of months to review how the exercises she gave me were going.

As I love to read and learn, The Pregnancy Centre was and still continues to be a great resource for health and well being. The pamphlets and direction towards other resources have always been helpful and interesting. I have really enjoyed working with the physio and her programs have certainly made me think and act more on my internal muscle health in particular.
