Interval Walking

When exercising after baby, the transition time to get back to stronger work outs and exercise programs may be a challenging time. Your abdominal muscle wall and your pelvic floor, and even your pelvis, may not be quite ready to ramp up your intensity, but you are wanting to begin to work out more and burn some of that post pregnancy body fat.
