Getting ready for pregnancy

In preparing to become pregnant I was going to our local gym twice a week and trying to swim once a week. I was also walking regularly. Exercise has always been important to me but I thought I better vamp it up a bit as I had become a bit slack. I was also getting a massage every month to help me relax a bit as my job was a little stressful at the time and it was taking us a little while to fall pregnant.
