10 Step Guide to Protecting the Pelvic Floor with Exercise

When developing resources for The Pelvic Floor First campaign, the team put a lot of thought into how to best get a clear message across on how to protect the pelvic floor with at risk clients, when there are so many exercise variations available. Principles which had been developed by Pelvic Floor and Women's Health Physiotherapist and author Michelle Kenway, were used to give a guide on protecting the pelvic floor and this is an essential consideration when giving women exercise programs both during and after pregnancy.
