We met with Elisa Bellairs for our first podcast interview series. Elisa is a personal trainer who coaches mums to restore and reclaim themselves after having children. She runs Motherhood Movement Classes from the studio at The Little Aussie Café in Erskine, Mandurah WA. From her personal experience of transitioning into fitness and of having pain post childbirth for 10 years, Elisa discusses how she has developed her business to meet the special needs of mums of varying ages through their journey.
