During her pregnancy Bobbie Wright, a Personal Trainer, helped Dianne with some filming used to update two pregnancy online training courses for fitness professionals, demonstrating some of the pregnancy core exercises and breathing training moves as she applied them to her own pregnancy training regime. Working together gave both Dianne and Bobbie new insights and in this podcast they discuss how Bobbie's pregnancy training changed as her pregnancy progressed.
