In our first podcast for Series 2, Holistic PT from Hobart, Tasmania, Jo Cordell-Cooper talks about why "runners love running" and the benefits for postnatal Mums in getting back safely to running. Prevention of injury is a key aspect after taking a break during the "postnatal recovery season", so Jo outlines what is important to focus on around the core and pelvis, as well as the leg muscles in training. Jo also shares some new ventures she is embarking on in her business working holistically with women.
